My Conid story started when my helpful hands were required to finish a large batch of pen clips. It was very hard to reach and maintain the high requirements that are demanded to attain Conid’s continuous striving for perfection. What inspires me most is Werner’s passion for precision and quality. After some time I started to pursue the same passion for high-end details. Today, I am in charge of finishing all the parts after manufacturing. This incorporates assembling, polishing, deburring, cleaning, and many more essential actions. Now I’m proud to be responsible for the Conid quality. It love the job and that’s why I always push myself to improve my expertise and deliver better results. To attain that goal, nothing is too much trouble. I will walk the extra mile to get things done in efficient and productive ways.
